Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce briefly. Peel off the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce for decoration. Then cut the remaining lettuce into thin slices and mix with the well-drained mandarins. Collect 2 tablespoons of the juice from the mandarins and mix with the yogurt, sugar and lemon juice to make a sauce. Pour the yogurt sauce over the salad and mix carefully.
Arrange the finished salad on the separated leaves.
