Instructions

  1. Put the sugar in a saucepan and add enough water to just cover it. Let it caramelize. Mix in the walnut halves and leave to cool on a plate.
  2. Clean, wash and spin dry the lamb`s lettuce. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  3. Halve the apple, remove the core and grate one half finely. Mix with the onions, vinegar and walnut oil and season with salt and pepper.
