Wash the lamb`s lettuce and drain in a colander. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Dice the ham and Gouda (I like to use the large pieces here).
Arrange lamb`s lettuce on the plates and top with Gouda, ham and mango as desired. Peel and dice eggs and add.
Now mix honey with mustard and a little oil and drizzle over the salad.
The salad fills you up and tastes wonderfully fresh. It is also suitable for low carb. You can change the amount of ingredients as you like.
