Ingredients

• 2 leeks
• 50 g meat sausae
• 2 apples
• 1 small Can / s pineapple
• 1 small Glass tartar sauce, with herbs
• Pineapple juice
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Cut the leek into fine rings. Wash well and drain. Drain the pineapple in a sieve and collect the juice.
2. Cut the sausage, apples and pineapple into fine cubes. Mix all ingredients with the tartar sauce and some pineapple juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let it steep for a few hours.
