Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, rinse, drain well and let cool. In the meantime, wash and core the peppers, remove the white inner skin and cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and dice.
  2. Also cut the cheese, apple (wash beforehand) and ham into small cubes or strips. Pour the pineapple juice from the can into a glass (keep it!), Pour the corn into a sieve.
  3. Then mix everything together well. Add yoghurt and about half of the pineapple juice and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, basil and possibly a little more pineapple juice.
  4. Let the salad stand for a couple of hours and add some seasoning if necessary. Is great as a grill side dish in summer because there is no mayonnaise in it!
