Remove the peel of the mango and remove the pulp from around the core. Ripe mangoes are far more aromatic and give the shake a fruity and summery taste. Put the pulp in the blender, as well as the peeled banana, the grapes (optional, here I use seedless light-colored grapes), the yoghurt and the milk. I`m using milk and yogurt that is a little higher in fat, which definitely enhances the taste. Of course, reduced-fat products can also be used. When using soy milk / yoghurt, I would add cane sugar depending on your taste. Mix well for one minute, pour into a nice glass, cut a strawberry into each glass and stick it on the glass, add a straw and the summery shake is ready.
