Halve the grapes. Crumble the cookies into small pieces
Beat the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the quark with the mascarpone, fold in the whipped cream.
Place the grape halves side by side on the bottom of a bowl. Put a layer of cream on top and cover it with cookie crumbs. Repeat the process. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour.
