Peel and finely dice the onion, peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Knead the minced meat with the onion cubes, the bananas and the egg. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Shape the dough into small balls and brown on all sides in the hot fat for 10 minutes. Then take it out. Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Briefly toss in the remaining fat and remove immediately. Scatter the curry powder into the fat, sauté briefly and add the flour. Deglaze with the cream, bring to the boil while stirring and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper and serve with the meatballs and leek rings.
Especially delicious with the tomato and orange sauce.
