Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients: dice apple, pineapple, peach, dice half of the peppers, cut the other into short strips, cut the carrot and chicken into thin strips.
  2. First fry the chicken, deglaze with orange juice and add the Asian sauce. Mix well. Then add the other ingredients, except for the paprika in strips. Let something boil down.
  3. Boil rice.
  4. Refine the curry to your own taste with mango chutney and spices, for example curry, paprika, sambal olek, red curry paste or lemon juice.
  5. Just before serving, add strips of paprika.
  6. Serve the curry with rice and decorate with fresh herbs if desired.
