Instructions

  1. Puree the low-fat quark with a hand blender and gradually add the juice (orange, grapefruit, cherry, pineapple, etc.) to the desired consistency (rather creamy with less juice, or more liquid with more juice).
  2. Sweeten to taste. Serve on ice if necessary. You can also puree fresh berries or other soft fruit.
