Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the radicchio and fennel. Halve and cut into fine strips. Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips (julienne). Fillet the oranges and collect the juice.
  2. Stir the vinegar into the orange juice and season the dressing with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the oil and mix the fennel, radicchio and carrots with the dressing.
  3. Chop the walnuts.
  4. Place the orange fillets on the salad and sprinkle the salad with the chopped walnuts.
  5. Very tasty starter or side dish for 4 people. Main course with bread for 2 people.
