Instructions

  1. Roast the garlic and ginger in the hot fat for a few seconds, add the onions and stew until golden. Now add the fruit and stir-fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, orange pepper and cinnamon.
  2. Stuff the chicken with it and rub it with salt and curry. Place the chicken in a suitable saucepan with a lid (or a pan with a lid).
  3. Add 5 tablespoons of oil and 4 tablespoons of honey (mixed).
  4. Heat the oven to 190 °.
  5. Cook the chicken for approx. 90 minutes, dousing the stock occasionally and adding a little orange juice.
  6. Remove the lid 20-30 minutes before the end of the baking time and let the chicken brown.
  7. Mix the stock into a sauce.
