Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwi and tangerine and cut into small pieces. Whisk the egg in a cup with a fork and add the cinnamon.
  2. Briefly fry the fruit in a non-stick pan, then add the egg and stir until the egg is set. Place on a plate and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. Can also be made with other fruits.
