Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and mix thoroughly with the rice and spices. Now mix the mayonnaise, water, vinegar and half of the mandarin juice together and mix with the rice mixture.
  2. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours (preferably overnight) to steep. Before serving, season to taste again and stir in some water or remnants of the tangerine juice for consistency.
