Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, drain the peaches from the glass (save the juice) and cut into small cubes.
Also cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and fry lightly in a pan with a little fat, seasoning with plenty of curry, a little paprika, salt and pepper. After a few minutes add the peach pieces, the raisins and the finished rice and fry briefly. Deglaze with the peach juice from the glass and let sit in the pan for a few more minutes, season again with the spices. If the juice is not enough, you can also add a little vegetable stock.
Mangoes or pears are a good alternative or addition to peaches.
