Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, core and cut into slices. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut in half lengthways and cut into slices. Peel and core the melon, remove the stalk from the tomatoes and dice both.
  2. Mix vinegar with salt and Tabasco, then stir in the oil, mix everything with the salad and serve on some of the lettuce leaves. Garnish with mint leaves.
  3. With wholemeal bread with butter.
  4. This is an ideal meal on hot summer days.
