Wash the turkey breast, dab, dice and turn in flour.
Mix the sherry and soy sauce together and cover the meat in the fridge for a few hours to marinate.
Halve, core, wash and dice the pepper.
Clean and quarter the spring onions. Cut the pineapple into pieces.
Take the turkey breast cubes out of the marinade and place them alternately on the prepared skewers with the paprika cubes, spring onions and the pineapple pieces. Brush the skewers with oil and fry or grill them all around until crispy. Then season well with pepper and salt.
