Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes and pluck the stems. Halve the blue grapes and remove the seeds. Fillet the orange, collect the juice. Put a few pieces aside.
  2. Wash the apple, remove the core and pin the apple. Mix the fruit together carefully. Wash and clean the celery and cut into thin slices. Add to the fruit.
  3. Roast the walnuts in a pan and let them cool. Put 4 beautiful halves aside, chop the rest. Mix the lemon yoghurt with the crème frâiche until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add the nuts and dressing to the celery and fruit mixture. Season to taste with lemon juice and Worcester sauce. Decorate the salad with nuts and oranges.
