Coarsely grate the white chocolate and set aside 2 teaspoons.
Mix the low-fat quark with the vanilla sugar and mineral water and mix in the grated chocolate. Beat the creme légère and fold in.
Clean and puree 500 g strawberries.
Layer the chocolate cream in 6 dessert glasses and spread the strawberry puree on top. Clean the remaining strawberries and spread them on top. Garnish with the chocolate flakes that were set aside and serve.
