Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the mango. Then cut the pulp from the stone and dice the pulp. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Also dice the camembert. Roughly chop the walnuts. Clean, wash and spin dry the lamb`s lettuce.
  2. Mix together with the mango cubes and the mushroom slices. Fold in the camembert cubes. Halve the orange and squeeze out. Mix together with the mango chutney and the balsamic vinegar and then whisk in the olive oil. Season the dressing with a little salt and a few turns of black pepper from the mill.
  3. Drizzle the salad with it and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Fresh baguette goes well with it.
