Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Finely dice the onion. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Cut the meat loaf into slightly larger cubes.
Fry the onion cubes, paprika cubes and the coarsely chopped meat loaf in a pan. Add the cooked rice.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, some paprika powder, possibly some caraway seeds, oregano and thyme (other green herbs if you like). Finally pour the grated cheese over it and mix until the cheese pulls strings.
