  1. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the sausages over medium heat for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Take out of the pan and keep warm. Fry the bacon in the same pan for 4-5 minutes on both sides over medium heat until crispy. Take out of the pan and keep warm. In the meantime, put the Kippers in a tall vessel with the head not there first so that they stand, pour boiling water over them and set aside, covered. Brown the black pudding in the pan on both sides for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes over medium heat, remove from the pan and keep warm. Drizzle the mushrooms with a little oil, salt and pepper and place in the pan with the tomatoes (cut side down) and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat, then turn both over and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, butter the old toast on both sides, cut in half to form triangles and fry in a very large pan for about 3 minutes on one side over medium heat. Then turn it over and add the eggs (next to it, not on top) and continue to fry for another 3-4 minutes on a not so high flame until the eggs are cooked, but the yolks should remain liquid. For the last 4 minutes, gently heat the baked beans, stirring occasionally, but do not let them boil. Pour out the water from the dump trucks. Arrange all ingredients together on preheated plates. Place the fried eggs on top. Serve with freshly roasted toast and butter, HP sauce, orange juice and tea.
