• 300 grams flour
• 100 g suar
• 250 g quark
• 50 ml milk
• 75 ml oil
• 1 packet baking powder
• 1 apple
• 75 g chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Knead the flour, sugar, quark, milk, oil and baking powder in a bowl. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into very small pieces. Fold in the apple pieces together with the chocolate chips. (Alternatively, you can mix in colored streusel or cheese and ham.)
2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (convection) and bake for 20 minutes.
