Wash the lemon well. Cut the lemon with the peel into cubes. Heat the water and pour the hot water over the tea and lemon cubes in a pot. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
Then remove the tea bags and lemons and put the liquid in a saucepan. Add the sugar, rum, brandy and peach brandy. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved. Then pour into a vessel or a carafe and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Pour a little soda water into a glass, add ice cubes as you like and top up with the tea cocktail. The amount according to the recipe makes about 1 liter of tea cocktail.
The cocktail also works great as an alcohol-free version. Simply replace the alcohol with peach juice. Since the juice has a certain sweetness, you can safely leave out a little sugar. But that should be a matter of taste, I don`t like it very sweet.
