Instructions

  1. Core, peel and dice the melon. Wash the nectarines, cut them in half and remove the stone. Roughly dice the fruits. Peel the bananas and break them into pieces.
  2. Now put the fruits together with the coconut milk and the lime juice in the blender and puree them finely.
  3. Pour into pretty glasses, cut into slices of banana, put on the edge and serve.
