Cut the garlic and chilli peppers into small slices, cut the bell peppers into strips.
Spread the olive oil on the baking sheet until the bottom is completely covered, put the sheet in the oven and preheat the oven to 200 °.
Then quickly spread the prawns, peppers, chilli and garlic on the hot baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and fry everything together for about 10 minutes until the prawns have turned a nice red color.
Garlic cream and fresh ciabatta go best with this.
