Instructions

  1. Sear the meat in olive oil. Add the chopped onions, soup vegetables and garlic and fry briefly, season with salt, pepper and Tabasco, add the mustard and tomato paste and roast briefly. Then deglaze with red wine and let it reduce.
  2. Add the game stock, cover and simmer until the meat is soft, then simmer uncovered to the desired consistency, season again before serving.
