Put the herbal quark and the herbal cream cheese in a bowl, squeeze the garlic clove with a garlic press and stir. Grate the carrots and mix with the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper and season to taste.
Pour the dip into a tupper bowl with a lid and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Tip: It tastes best with vegetables, e.g., carrots or peppers. It also tastes particularly delicious as a wrap sauce.
