Mix the mayonnaise, quark and oil with a little water to a homogeneous mass. Don`t let it get too runny. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except for the french fries.
Stir in the french fries as the last ingredient and season to taste.
Tip: If you give the dip some time to steep, the herbs and garlic develop even more intensely. This dip can be used well with raw vegetables, nachos, meat or to refine sauces.
