At the end of the cooking time, add the tomato paste and mix thoroughly. Then gradually crumble the sheep`s cheese into the pot, close the pot and melt the sheep`s cheese on the lowest possible heat for about 5 minutes. Then stir thoroughly so that the cheese is distributed as evenly as possible throughout the mixture.
The recipe is very easy and delicious, but unfortunately doesn`t look particularly attractive (please don`t let that put you off). You can also serve the garlic beans with sheep`s cheese as a side dish to roast meat, but it is meant to be more than a very spicy vegetarian stew.
The amount described is suitable as a stew for approx. 2 - 3 people, depending on your appetite. Please don`t be put off by the large amount of garlic. This is very important and gives the recipe that special flavor. The unpleasant smell is limited because the garlic is properly braised.
