Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into slices about 8 mm thick. Peel the garlic and cut the cloves into relatively large pieces (halve, quarter at most).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the carrots and garlic and fry lightly. Then reduce the heat, season with a little paprika and salt and steam over low heat for about 10 minutes with the lid closed. Possibly add a little (little) water. The carrots shouldn`t get too soft. Add parsley at the end.
  3. The garlic should be fresh. If it is not fresh, be sure to remove the green germ! You can either eat the garlic or collect it. Depending on your taste. If the garlic is really fresh, the garlic flag is rather low after eating.
  4. These vegetables go well with almost all meat dishes.
