Wash, dry and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Dice the sheep cheese.
Mix everything together in an ovenproof casserole dish with the olive oil and some (not too much, because it has a very intense taste) chili sauce. Rub the Gouda over it and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
