Put the sour cream, quark and tartar sauce together in a container and stir until creamy. Then add mineral water or milk until it has reached the appropriate consistency.
Finely chop the garlic, parsley and chives and add to the cream.
Then season with salt, pepper and, if necessary, a little tartar sauce!
