Put the yogurt in a bowl, peel the garlic cloves, press through the garlic press and add. Wash the cucumber well, cut off the end piece and finely slice or grate the cucumber with its skin. Now add the topping of the salad and the olive oil, mix everything well and you have a wonderfully spicy tzatziki.
If you let it rest a bit in the fridge, the taste will take off and it will taste even better!
