Instructions

  1. Chop the feta as finely as possible, e.g. in the food processor with a cleaver. Finely chop the garlic. Thoroughly mix both with the sour cream, season to taste and let steep - ideally overnight.
  2. Delicious with grilled food, as a dip for vegetables and snacks or just on bread.
