Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
Cut the salami into small cubes and add to a plate the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth. Add garlic, passed through a press, and mix again. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Divide the dough into silicone muffin tins. We bake for 25 minutes.
