Instructions

  1. Clean / peel the mushrooms, garlic and parsley and chop roughly.
  2. Brown the mushrooms in a saucepan with oil. Add the garlic and parsley. Let something start and take the pot off the stove. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. The fried garlic mushrooms taste best warm, but are also a tasty snack cold!
  4. This recipe is only part of a suggestion for mushroom variations. If you want a different method of preparation or would like to process other mushrooms, you can also try this recipe with baked or this one with gratinated mushrooms.
