Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and briefly melt the 40 g butter in the microwave.
  2. Peel the potatoes and slice them into 4mm thick slices with a vegetable slicer. Put these in a bowl, add the butter, salt and pepper and mix with your hands. Now layer the potato slices in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until they are golden brown in color.
  3. In the meantime, heat the remaining butter in a pan. Sauté the garlic in it, add the parsley, stir in and remove from the heat.
  4. When the potatoes are ready, take them out of the oven. Spread the garlic and parsley mixture on top, sprinkle with the cheese and serve.
