In the meantime, chop the basil, peel and finely dice the onion, core and finely dice the chilli pepper. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into large slices.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the deveined prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then salt the prawns, remove them and keep them warm. In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped vegetables and basil over medium heat and deglaze with the white wine. Let it simmer a little.
Add the prawns, season and stir in well. Now add the cooked and drained pasta and mix everything well. Roughly slice the parmesan over the top and serve hot.
