Instructions

  1. Brush the small potatoes clean and cook them whole and with the skin in salted water. Remove the shell and intestines from the shrimp and wash. Thaw frozen food. The casing often has to be removed even from frozen goods.
  2. Fry the prawns and the crushed garlic clove in a little olive oil in the pan briefly and spicy. Drain the potatoes and add the thyme sprig to the pan with the prawns. When the potatoes have turned color and roasted matter has formed on the bottom of the pan, deglaze with two tablespoons of white wine. Then add two flakes of butter and pan the pan. Season with salt and pepper and remove the garlic clove and the sprig of thyme.
  3. Arrange in deep plates and drizzle with a little olive oil.
