Wash the lamb`s lettuce and spin dry. Divide between two deep plates and drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Heat the garlic oil in a pan, add the defrosted shrimp (or fresh ones) to the pan and immediately season with salt. Meanwhile, quarter the mushrooms. After 2 minutes, turn the prawns and fry for another 2 minutes. Then distribute the hot prawns on the two plates. Put the mushrooms in the same pan so that they can take in the taste. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with the parsley. Fry for only 2 minutes, stirring constantly, then distribute the mushrooms on the salad.
