Instructions

  1. Chop the chives and finely chop the parsley. Put sour cream, yoghurt, mustard, honey, lemon and olive oil in a beaker and stir. Press in the garlic. Add the chives and parsley. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper.
  2. Then put the dressing in the refrigerator for half an hour so that it can permeate well.
