Drain the quark a little and place in a bowl, add the creme fraiche, salt, paprika and herbs and mix everything well. Squirt on the crackers with a piping bag.
If the mixture is a little too thin to spray, stir in 1-2 teaspoons of whipped cream.
To decorate you can use olive rings, capers, paprika strips, peppers, onion rings dipped in paprika, pickles, radishes, dill, parsley, cress.
