Peel the cucumber, wash it and cut it into very fine cubes. Sprinkle with salt in a bowl and let it steep. Soak the rolls.
Peel and finely dice the onions, dice the cleaned peppers. Add everything to the cucumber. Scald tomatoes with boiling water and peel off the skin. Squeeze out the soaked rolls and strain them with the tomatoes through a sieve. Mix with the rest of the vegetables. Add the pressed garlic clove, vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper.
Chill for approx. 3 hours. Fill into soup bowls, serve with ice cubes.
