Instructions

  1. Boil the peeled and chopped asparagus together with 1/4 liter of boiling water and 1 teaspoon of salt until soft and only then fill up with the remaining water. Whisk the flour in the milk and use it to thicken the soup. Before serving, add a pinch of sugar and the butter.
