Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente and allow to cool. Then cut into 4 cm long pieces. You can also use leftovers. Mix the pasta with the oil, it will not stick together.
  2. For Asian dishes, all ingredients must be cut into narrow strips. You will then cook faster. Marinating is very important. Mix the strips of meat with the starch, 2 tablespoon soy sauce and garlic. This is how it becomes tender and creamy.
  3. The Asia secret: quick, quick, quick! So everything stays crisp and rich in vitamins. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat first. Let the oil get hot, stir well so the pieces of meat don`t stick together. If you have a wok, use it.
  4. Push the meat to one side in the pan (if necessary put it aside). Then put the vegetables in the hot oil. Fry, then stir well again. Mix in the meat and round off with soy sauce and Chinese spices to taste.
  5. Remove the vegetable and meat mixture from the pan and set aside. Let the beaten eggs set with the last tablespoon of oil. Add the pasta, fry briefly, stir vigorously.
  6. Add the vegetable and meat mixture to the pasta again and stir everything through. If you like it spicy, taste carefully with sambal (approx. 1/3 teaspoon).
