- Thaw the spinach. Cook in a saucepan with a little water for about 10 minutes.
- Put walnuts, garlic, coriander, onions and vinegar in a blender and puree finely. Stir the mixture into the spinach and season with salt and pepper.

- Can be eaten as a side dish or as a starter with white bread.
