Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and hollow them out.
  2. Cut the onion, garlic and ham into small pieces and fry briefly in a pan with the mushroom meat. Then mix the mixture together with the tomato paste, cream cheese and crumbled toast bread and season well with salt, pepper, spices and herbs.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Place the mushroom heads in a flat baking dish, fill them and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Pour some more vegetable stock into the baking dish. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until the cheese has melted and the mushrooms are soft.
  5. Fresh salad goes well with it.
