• 400 g plum (s) (Zibarten), red
• 700 ml grain 37%
• 300 g suar
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 piece (s) star anise

Instructions

1. Wash the Zibarten. You don`t have to be pitted. Place in a larger container with all the other ingredients. Shake regularly. Store this in the dark and only open it after the rest period of 6 - 8 weeks has ended. Then fill the liqueur.
