Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with the spices. Add the washed and finely chopped spring onions and set as scrambled eggs in the pan. Use some butter for this. After 2 to 3 minutes add the grated cheese and turn the scrambled eggs until it has melted.
  2. In the meantime, toast the brown bread, brush it with plenty of butter and place a large slice of ham on top. Spread the bread on appropriately sized plates and place the scrambled eggs on top. Spread the washed watercress over the entire bread. Cut the pickles into compartments and decorate them next to the brunch toasts.
  3. Tea or coffee, juice or mineral water are suitable for this. Of course, it can also be cold beer - perhaps with a light late night dinner.
